Poltimore’s Kitchen gets top chef.

Our local pub, The Poltimore Arms with its ‘Poldark’ look alike interior , running on generators as it has no connected power  is now a top place to eat in the area.  A new chef, trained by Michael Caines,  has rolled up his sleeves and revitalised the kitchen that now belts out fine dining style menus.  This is indeed great news for all our guests who love this totally unique old pub just 2 miles up the road from Acorn Retreat. Guests  love its atmosphere and weekly guest beers and real ales .  When in the mood Steve, the landlord, will strike up the pianola and create  classic music.
